Returns & Refunds Policy
At Trail & Error, we want you to be delighted with your order. If something isn't quite right, we'll always do our best to put it right.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or you've received the wrong item, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
To help us resolve things quickly, we'll usually ask for a few photos of the item and packaging.
Changed your mind?
If you've simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in its original condition
As we're a small independent business, customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we've made a mistake.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
