Where are you located?
Trail & Error is based in South Wales, home to rugged coastlines, rolling hills, relentless drizzle, and a proud tradition of going outdoors specifically to avoid people. We work with carefully selected print partners to produce every order as close to its destination as possible, helping to keep delivery times fast while maintaining high print quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. For now, we're keeping things close to home and shipping within the UK only. We're planning to expand down the line, so watch this space. In the meantime, if you're based in the UK and you'd rather be on a hill than anywhere else, you're in the right place.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email so you can watch it make its way to you — quietly, without any small talk.
What materials are your products made of?
High-quality, comfortable materials, soft enough for a long day on the trail, durable enough for whatever the mountain throws at you, and gentle enough that the only thing bothering your skin is the wind. Exact materials vary by product, so check the individual product page for the specifics.
